Proposed Governance Charter Updates
The Wyoming CoC is proposing minor updates to the Governance Charter to align with current HUD CoC NOFO requirements and strengthen governance, committee structure, and stakeholder representation.

Board Election & Affirmation
As part of the 2026 Board election, CoC members will be asked to vote on the proposed slate of new Governing Board candidates and affirm the appointment of a Board member who joined the Board since the last Annual Membership Meeting. Candidates receiving a majority of votes cast will be elected to serve on the Wyoming CoC Governing Board, and membership will be asked to affirm the continued service of the appointed Board member.
New Board Candidate Slate
Jeremy leads the only emergency homeless shelter in Teton County and oversees shelter operations, food security programs, and community partnerships that support individuals and families experiencing homelessness. He brings direct experience serving people facing housing crises and strengthening housing stability.
Tamara works closely with families experiencing housing instability and homelessness prevention needs in rural Wyoming. She brings experience in community collaboration, housing-focused initiatives, Point-in-Time Count coordination, and connecting households to resources that support long-term stability.
Lea works directly with veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness, helping individuals access housing and supportive services. She brings experience in veteran services, community resource coordination, homelessness response efforts, and collaborative partnerships.
Board Member Affirmation
Taylor currently serves on the Wyoming CoC Governing Board following an appointment made since the last Annual Membership Meeting. He works to strengthen collaboration between education, behavioral health, and community partners and supports innovative solutions that improve access to services and housing stability.
