The Wyoming Continuum of Care (WYCoC) moves forward through collaboration, shared insight, and the voices of partners across the state. Our committees are where that energy comes to life. They help drive our work, keep service providers and community members connected, and ensure the WYCoC Board understands the real needs and challenges happening in Wyoming communities.
WYCoC is currently building out its committees and is actively seeking members who want to shape solutions, strengthen partnerships, and support a more coordinated response to homelessness.

Active Committees
Oversees CoC structure, compliance, and membership engagement to ensure effective community-wide homelessness response.
Meeting Time: 3rd Thursday of each month at 10 a.m.

Manages data quality, system performance, and coordinated entry processes to ensure equitable, efficient access to housing and services.

Focuses on identifying and addressing the unique needs of high‑risk groups experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Builds and strengthens partnerships with Tribal communities to support culturally responsive homelessness services and collaboration.

Coordinates Wyoming’s annual Point‑in‑Time Count and Housing Inventory Count to measure homelessness statewide and document available housing resources across all communities.

Includes only CoC Board leadership — the Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary — with staffing support provided by the WY CoC Coordinator.
Meeting Times: 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month at 2 p.m.

Convenes short‑term, issue‑specific workgroups to address emerging needs or special projects within the CoC.
